Mohammad Al Rashaida
Dr.
Mohammad Al Rashaida
is an Assistant Professor of Special Education at UAE University and Co-Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal for Research in Education (IJRE). He has an extensive background in research and teaching, with multiple prestigious grants and awards, including the Erasmus Mundus PhD Scholarship, the FPI Grants Program, and the Santander Research Award. Additionally, he has secured research funding for projects on Gifted and Talented Education in the UAE. Dr. Al Rashaida has held academic positions at Deusto University (Spain), Abu Dhabi University (UAE), and Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University (KSA). His research focuses on inclusive education, developmental and learning disabilities, vocational rehabilitation, and employment. A prolific scholar, he has published extensively in high-ranked journals. He also holds a UK Fellowship in Higher Education, reflecting his dedication to academic excellence.
