Mitra Madanchian
Mitra Madanchian
is an Assistant Professor at University Canada West. She also serves as the Director of Q Minded and Hamta Business Corporation. With over a decade of industry experience, including positions in SMEs and at KPMG, she has established herself as an expert in Business Management and Research and Development. Her professional background spans various international companies in IT, International Trade, Finance, and Education. Mitra is an accomplished researcher, specializing in Business Management, Leadership, and Human Resource Management. She has published over 50 scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals, 10 book chapters, and authored a book on leadership. A member of CPHR, she has served as a session chair and speaker at numerous international conferences. Currently, her research interests focus on the role of AI in HR and Marketing, and she is authoring a book entitled "Ethics in Human Resource Management," which is currently in press.
