Oyenuga Michael Oyedele
is an academic and practitioner with expertise in marketing, organizational strategy, and educational equity. He is a Chartered Manager and Chartered Marketer, with over seven years of industry experience in sales and brand management. In academia, he has co-authored influential publications on consumer behavior, sustainability, and digital transformation. His work often explores the intersection of market dynamics and social responsibility, emphasizing ethical and inclusive practices. Currently, he is co-authoring a scholarly chapter with Dr. Stella Bolanle Apata titled Equity and Inclusion in Education, which addresses the ideological and policy-driven forces behind the global rollback of diversity in educational institutions, particularly in African contexts. His contributions focus on the political economy of education, access disparities, and sustainable policy reforms. Through a multidisciplinary lens, he continues to champion transformative approaches that bridge the gap between business innovation and educational justice.
