Mehdi Bensouda
is a professor and researcher at the National School of Business and Management (ENCG) of Fez, part of Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University. He holds a PhD in Business Administration and is a member of the Research Laboratory in Management, Entrepreneurship, and Finance (LAREMEF), he investigates the role of mimetic pressures and financial slack in overcoming risk aversion toward green practices. Dr. Bensouda is a dedicated educator specializing in Advanced Accounting and Management Control, bridging the gap between theoretical institutional theory and practical organizational excellence, while emphasizing corporate sustainability and its implications for organizational performance.
