Mayur Thakur
, a dedicated tourism professional from Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts from VGC Mandi, an MSc in Airlines, Tourism, and Hospitality Management from ITFT College under Punjab Technical University, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Tourism from Chandigarh University. Over the years, he has accumulated significant experience in the travel and tourism industry, starting as a trainee at Dream Travels and advancing to roles such as a ticketing executive at Paul Merchants and Managing Director at Yojit Yatra Pvt. Ltd. He also boasts five years of experience as a front office manager. His professional certifications include an IATA certification at the foundation level and a French diploma (A2 level), along with a computerized reservation and ticketing course from Bird Academy. Within Chandigarh University, Mayur has held multiple roles, including Deputy Superintendent, Alumni Coordinator, and CAB Coordinator. He has also contributed to the National Service Scheme (NSS) and various value-added courses. In addition to his professional qualifications, Mayur's extracurricular activities reflect a well-rounded individual, having played cricket at both the national level for Himachal Pradesh and captained his district team.
