Dr.
Mayank Jindal
is an accomplished academic with a robust educational background, holding an M.Com, NET, and a Ph.D. in Commerce from Kumaun University. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur, he specializes in Finance and Economics, with a research focus on banking systems, particularly co-operative banks. Dr. Jindal has made significant contributions to the field, authoring numerous research papers, book chapters, and books. His publications, including notable works on service quality in rural co-operative banks and customer satisfaction, have garnered attention and citations within academic circles. Additionally, he holds multiple patents, demonstrating his innovative approach to research. Recognized for his excellence, Dr. Jindal has received awards for his contributions to research and vaccination awareness. He is an active member of several professional associations, including the Indian Sociological Society and the Uttar Pradesh - Uttarakhand Economic Association.
