Mary A. Hansen
, PhD, is a university professor in the Education Department of Robert Morris University in Pennsylvania. Dr. Hansen’s research interests lie in the area of educational measurement and assessment. Her classroom-based research focuses on classroom assessment practices and the use of technology and assistive technology in the classroom. She has published on the use of technology to support reflection in pre-service teacher education, the attitudes and experiences of pre-service and in-service teachers towards inclusion, and the use of inclusive practices in business education. Dr. Hansen has also published and presented research related to large scale alternate assessments.
