Markos Sgantzos

Markos Sgantzos is an Associate Professor in Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine at the University of Thessaly. He is the President of the Hellenic Society of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine and a board member of the International Society of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine (ISPRM). He is the President of the Classification Committee of the Hellenic Wheelchair Basketball Federation, a Classifier from IWBF for Greece and a Member of the Hellenic Society of Sports and Medicine executive committee. He has supervised 6 doctoral theses and is a member of the advisory committee in 14 other doctoral theses; he has over 50 Lectures at national and international congresses and has published more than 140 scientific papers.
