Mariana da Silva
is a master's student in the Graduate Program in Business Administration and Organizations (PPGAO) at the School of Economics, Business and Accounting of Ribeirão Preto, University of São Paulo (FEARP/USP), Brazil, where she focuses her research on Innovation and Sustainability under the supervision of Professor Dr. Simone Galina. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and MBAs in Project Management and People Management & Leadership. She currently works as a B2B Sales Coordinator, with core skills in strategic planning, critical thinking, and artificial intelligence applications in business. In the academic field, she develops and delivers training programs for educators, with an emphasis on innovative technologies and active learning methodologies aimed at improving productivity and educational quality. Her main areas of interest include innovation ecosystems, sustainable business models, and the intersection of technology and human development.
