Margaret A. Farren
Margaret Farren
is an Associate Professor in the School of STEM Education, Innovation, and Global Studies at Dublin City University. She is Co-Director of the International Centre for Innovation and Workplace Learning. She supervises Master’s and PhD students who use research approaches that contribute to personal knowledge and knowledge in the field of practice. Research interests include pedagogical approaches that promote reflection, dialogue and inquiry and technology that facilitates collaboration and cooperation. A founding member of the International Journal for Transformative Research. The creation of the journal emerged out of a belief that professionals in any work setting can research their own practice with transformative outcomes for themselves and others.
