Marcela Oliveira
has a PhD in Sciences for Development, Sustainability and Tourism at the University of Guadalajara, Centro Universitario de la Costa. Master in Economic and Social Sciences from the Universidad Autónoma de Sinaloa, Mexico. B.A. in Tourism from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora. Member of the Latin American Center of Excellence in Tourism (CELAT); of the Economic and Social Observatory of Tourism (OEST), and Critical Realism, Collective Action and Work (REACT) - Federal University of Juiz de Fora. He has experience in Tourism, with emphasis on Public Policies, Social Participation. In Social Sciences she focuses on Tourism Development, Collective Action and Power Relations.
