Manjari Sharma
is an Associate Professor at CHRIST University, Pune Lavasa Campus, India, with over 15 years of extensive academic experience across multiple universities in Asia, including the Maldives, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, and Dubai. She specializes in Finance, Managerial Economics, Financial Management, Securities Analysis, Portfolio Management, and Operations Management. Dr. Sharma is recognized for her innovative pedagogical methods, focusing on experiential learning, case-based teaching, and technology-driven education. She actively integrates real-world business applications into her courses, ensuring students develop practical skills alongside theoretical knowledge. Her dedication to enhancing learning experiences has led her to design industry-oriented programs and collaborative research projects that bridge the gap between academia and professional practice. An accomplished researcher and author, Dr. Sharma has published extensively in the areas of behavioral finance, AI in education, financial analytics, and innovative teaching methodologies. She has co-authored several books, including “Innovative Pedagogy: A Beginner's Guide to Modern Teaching Strategies”, and her research has contributed to advancing financial literacy, digital transformation in education, and investment behavior analysis. Beyond teaching and research, Dr. Sharma is actively involved in global academic collaborations, serving as a key coordinator for international immersion programs.
