Mangesh B. Kulkarni
Mangesh Kulkarni
is a strategic HR leader with 32 years of diverse experience spanning human resources, business operations, and finance. Holds a B.E. in Production Engineering, XLRI Post Graduate Executive Diploma in HR, Master’s in Financial Management, ICWA (Inter), and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Employee Experience from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Began career with Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., serving 18 years across business and HR roles, including Head of Performance Management for FES and HR Head for Product Development. Held leadership positions at Piaggio, Aquapharm Chemicals, Bharat Forge, Bekaert, and Kirloskar Brothers before becoming CHRO at Nandan Group. A Certified Independent Director (IOD, IICA) and life member of the Independent Directors Databank, combining technical, financial, and HR expertise with a strong focus on organizational transformation and employee experience.
