Manel Kebab completed her Ph.D. in Marketing at the Faculty of Economics, Université Ferhat Abbas de Setif 1 (Algeria). With more than 17 years in higher education, she has made significant contributions to multiple scientific publications. Her current research interests encompass customer relationship management in health, tourism, and hospitality sectors. Dr. KEBAB has also presented her research at numerous national and international conferences.
