Manel Bouchnak is a marketing researcher and lecturer at the Higher School of Commerce of Tunis, University of Manouba. She earned her Ph.D. in Management Sciences, specializing in Marketing. Her research explores various aspects of digital marketing, including e-commerce, consumer behavior, and the integration of artificial intelligence into marketing strategies. She is particularly passionate about understanding how emerging technologies reshape consumer experiences and drive innovation in marketing practices.
