Malabika Tripathi
Malabika Tripathi
is an academician and presently serving as freelance corporate trainer. She has been associated with education industry for more than 15 years. She served as Head, Department of Applied Psychology, MAKAUT (Formerly known as WBUT) & was also associated with educational institutions of repute in Kolkata & Delhi. She did her PhD from University of Calcutta - Department of Applied Psychology with specialization in Industrial & Organisational Psychology. Her research interest areas mainly includes constructs of I/O Psychology like – Green Human Resource Management, Employee Engagement, emotional intelligence, appriciative inquiry, creativity etc. She has many publications in SCOPUS indexed as well peer reviewed journals, contributed book chapters and had edited few books. She also has one patent in collaboration on “Conducive Thinking in Organization”. Dr. Tripathi served as resource person in many MDP’s under State Productivity Council of West Bengal and was also associated with industry.
