, a dedicated educator born on February 4, 1971, in Naval, Biliran Province, Philippines, has dedicated her career to inspiring young minds. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology and a Master of Arts in Teaching - Science, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education at the University of Cebu Graduate School. Her passion for knowledge is evident in her role as an Assistant Professor 1 at Biliran Province State University, where she teaches Chemistry for Engineers and General Education subjects like Human Reproduction, Science, Technology, and Society, Understanding the Self, Ethics, and Readings in Philippine History.. Ma Joan's commitment to education shines through her pursuit of higher learning and her dedication to shaping the future of her students.
