Lucy Chairoel
Lucy Chairoel
was born in Lubuk Sikaping, Pasaman on June 30, 1969. The author has been a permanent lecturer at Universitas Dharma Andalas Padang since 1999 until now. From 1994 to 1996, he served as a permanent lecturer at STIE YPTK Padang. Completed undergraduate education at Sriwijaya University Palembang in the IESP (Economics and Development Studies) program and continued with a master's degree in PPn (Development Planning) at Andalas University Padang, and a doctoral degree at Universiti Selangor Malaysia. The author specializes in the fields of economics, technology, and human resources. The author's motivation is to share knowledge and insights on the use of technology and human resources.
