Louise Badham
Louise Badham
is an expert in educational assessment, with a particular focus on international education and inclusive assessment design. She has over 16 years of experience in the field, spanning assessment research, design, and delivery. Her work includes leading on all areas of assessment provision including assessment design, exam development, standardization of marking, and grade awarding. Her research interests include cross-lingual assessment comparability and inclusive assessment design, which are the focus of her doctoral research at the University of Oxford. She has held roles such as Subject Manager for Studies in Language and Literature, and Manager for Assessment Research and Design at the International Baccalaureate (IB). Louise is currently the Head of Assessment Development at AQA, UK.
