İlknur Arslan Aras
İlknur Arslan Aras
is an academic specializing in health management. She completed her undergraduate education in health institutions management and obtained her master’s and Ph.D. degrees in health management. Her academic work focuses on health economics, digital health, health policies, and particularly on the use of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). She actively participates in national and international conferences and has published various articles and book chapters. She currently works as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Management at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Yüksek İhtisas University.
