Linda Marie Ellington

Linda Ellington , after working at IBM for 23 years, Linda is a Professor of Business at Southern New Hampshire University, where she has taught since 2014. She conducted her doctoral research at the University of Oxford and the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom. Her research focus is on the intersection of leadership and organizational change, uncovering strategies that explore how effective leaders navigate complex challenges to make impactful strategic choices. Dr. Ellington has published extensively in top-tier journals, scholarly books, and is a member of several university doctoral dissertations, such as at the University of Johannesburg, South Africa. Beyond academia, she has published eight children’s books in the genres of bullying and environmental care. She collaborates with community leaders to read stories to local children, fostering a love of literacy and inspiring the next generation of readers. She lives with her three coolest four-legged friends, Max, Riley, and Bandit.
