Lilia Cheniti-Belcadhi
Lilia Cheniti-Belcadhi
is an Associate Professor with Habilitation to Direct Research at the University of Sousse, Tunisia, and a senior researcher in E-learning and Artificial Intelligence. She holds an engineering degree from the Technical University of Braunschweig in Germany and leads national and international research projects in technology-enhanced learning. Dr. Cheniti-Belcadhi is a member of the International Council for Open and Distance Education (ICDE) and the Scientific Council of the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF). Her work focuses on open education, AI-driven personalization, and the ethical integration of intelligent systems in higher education.
