Liah Shonhe
Liah Shonhe
is a PhD candidate at Dalian University of Technology, a records and information manager with a Master's Degree in Archives and Records Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Library and Information Studies from the University of Botswana. Her research interests include AI technology adoption, knowledge/information management, ICTs & education, digital libraries, staff motivation, organizational culture, open data sharing, and change management. She has worked as a teaching assistant at the University of Botswana, an external consultant at the Institute of Development Management, and as president of the Records and Information Association in Botswana. She is also an activist fighting child marriage and advocating for girls' education.
