Latifa Trabelsi

Dr. Latifa Trabelsi is a permanent Master Technologist at the Higher Institute of Technological Studies of Bizerte (Tunisia) and she is a member of the Marketing Research Laboratory (Sfax). She holds a PhD in marketing from the Faculty of Economics and Management of Sfax and a master's degree in marketing from the Higher Institute of Management of Tunis. CRM, CRM performance, Customer Knowledge Management, Knowledge Discovery from Data, Web Analytics, and visual rhetoric in advertising are just a few of Dr. Trabelsi's research topics. The international Journal of Knowledge Management Studies and La Revue Tunisienne du Marketing, have published her works. She also published a chapter in the book « Social Customer Relationship Management (Social-CRM) in the Era of Web 4.0 » (pp. 169-195), IGI Global. She has papers published in the proceedings of international and national academic conferences (ACFAS, Marketing Trends, ATM, AGECSO, and so on).
