Latifa Boumalk
is a PhD student in Management Sciences and Techniques at the Research Laboratory in Tourism, Innovation and Sustainable Development (LARTI2D) of the National School of Business and Management (ENCG Agadir), under the Ibnou Zohr University of Agadir (Morocco). Her research is part of the Management of Organizations axis, with a focus on digital transformation, public administration, quality of services, users and artificial intelligence.
