Lam Tatt Soon

Soon Lam Tatt received his Doctor of Philosophy, MSc (Quantity Surveying) and BSc. (Hons) Housing Building and Planning (Quantity Surveying) from Universiti Sains Malaysia. He has more than 15 years of industrial and academic working experience in the field of quantity surveying. He is currently working as a senior lecturer at Taylor’s University Malaysia. Prior to that, he held several management positions such as Associate Dean and Stream Coordinator at current institutions. He specializes in Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Real Estate Development. Mr Soon is currently a chartered member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and a registered Quantity Surveyor under the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia.
