Lam Tatt Soon
Soon Lam Tatt
received his Doctor of Philosophy, MSc in Quantity Surveying, and BSc (Hons) in Housing, Building and Planning (Quantity Surveying) from Universiti Sains Malaysia. He has more than 15 years of industrial and academic experience in the field of quantity surveying. He is currently a senior lecturer at Taylor’s University, Malaysia. Prior to this, he held several management positions, such as Programme Director, Associate Dean, and Stream Coordinator, at his current institution. He specializes in Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Real Estate Development. Mr. Soon is currently a chartered member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a registered Quantity Surveyor under the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia.
