Kushtrim Gashi
Kushtrim Gashi
is the Vice Dean and Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Economics, University “Ukshin Hoti” Prizren. He earned his PhD from SMC University, Switzerland, specializing in management. Dr. Gashi teaches courses such as Managerial Economics, Quality Management, Negotiation and Leadership Skills, and E-Business. He mentors Bachelor’s and Master’s students, guiding them through research in business and management. His professional experience includes roles as a credit analyst and managerial positions in diverse organizations. As a member of the Central Quality Assurance Committee and Faculty Council, he contributes to institutional governance. Dr. Gashi’s research focuses on management, technology, and data governance, with publications in international book chapters and peer-reviewed journals. His work addresses artificial intelligence, risk management, and sustainable business practices, showcasing his dedication to advancing both academia and the business community.
