Kurt Desender
Kurt Desender
is an assistant professor (with tenure) in the Department of Business Administration at the University Carlos III. His research interests lie in the areas of corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, strategic management, and financial accounting. He is an editorial board member of Journal of International Business Studies and Corporate Governance: An International Review. His research has been published in the Academy of Management Annals, the Strategic Management Journal, and the Journal of International Business Studies, among others.
