Kriss Y. Kemp-Graham is an accomplished educator, author, and academic leader with over two decades of professional experience in education. Her career spans diverse roles in public education, ranging from classroom teaching to educational leadership and academic scholarship. Professional Journey Throughout her career, Dr. Kemp-Graham has served in multiple pivotal educational roles. She began her professional path as a classroom educator, teaching 3rd and 5th-grade students in diverse school environments in Brooklyn, New York, and Newark, New Jersey. Her early experiences as a Title I Reading Specialist and Community Development Program Specialist laid the groundwork for her deep understanding of educational dynamics. Currently, Dr. Kemp-Graham holds the position of Professor of Educational Leadership at East Texas A&M University.. In this role, she leverages her extensive practical experience to prepare future educational leaders and contribute to academic research in education.
