, A researcher at Mohammed Premier University (Oujda, Morocco) specializing in Communication and Educational Technologies. His research focuses on e-learning implementation, learner autonomy, and AI in education. He has published on organizational practices during COVID-19 online learning, quality management in higher education, and language learning platforms. Currently teaches graduate courses in knowledge management and e-learning while leading workshops on educational innovation.
