Kannan Kunnathully
Dr.
Kannan Kunnathully
specialize in International Trade Law and related advertising infringing fundamental rights, now focusing my research on the use of technology in the infringement of fundamental. I am now serving as an Assistant Professor at Vinayaka Mission's Law School, Vinayaka Mission's Research Foundation (DU) Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Here, I teach International law, Legal Research and Manuscript Writing. My passion for teaching and in-depth subject knowledge have earned me recognition as a dedicated educator. In addition to my academic role, I actively engage with corporate contract vetting together with utilisation of CSR funds for legal awareness programs. Looking forward, I aim to expand my research into emerging legal issues in the digital age, especially in privacy rights, while guiding aspiring law students and future legal scholars.
