Kaisa Sorsa
, D.Sc.(Bus.Adm.), LL.D., Principal Lecturer at Turku University of Applied Sciences, Associate Professor in Regulation Research at Turku University and Associate Professor in Contract and Marketing Law at University of Eastern Finland. She has a professional background from business law. Her research interests include sustainable business, transition management to sustainability, legal innovations, proactive contracting and proactive law. Her PhD in business and economics 2004 was conducted among tourism business, a comparative law study of time-sharing holiday home systems in UK, Spain and Finland. Her PhD in law 2011 “Regulation of Global Value Chains: Examining Corporate Social Responsibility and Proactive Law” focused on examining transition to sustainability and the role of different public and private regulations. Recently her research focuses on sustainability transition in textile industry. Sorsa has several publications in international journals, books and book chapters, has presented her research in international conferences.
