Kabashey Nour ElDin
Kabashey Nour El Din
is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at the College of Business Administration, Taif University. His general specialization is Business Administration, with a specific focus on Human Resources and Organizational Behavior. He has worked at several universities and held a number of administrative positions, including Head of the Business Administration Department at Kordofan University, Coordinator of Graduate Studies in the Business Administration Department at Nilein University, and Coordinator of Graduate Studies at the Sudan Open University. He has supervised numerous theses and published several research papers in peer-reviewed scientific journals. His research interests focus on business administration in general, and human resources, organizational behavior, and organizational development in particular.
