Kabaly P Subramanian
, PhD, FCMI (UK), CMBE (UK), is presently the Acting Dean-Faculty of Business Studies, at Arab Open University, Oman. Dr Kabaly holds a PhD in Management. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute FCMI (UK) and an International Research Fellow at the University of Selangor, Malaysia. Dr Kabaly is a Certified Management and Business Educator CMBE (UK) from the Chartered Association of Business Schools (UK) and an accredited Management Lecturer from the University Grants Council of India. Dr. Kabaly P Subramanian is a member of the British Academy of Management (UK), IEEE, Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD), Project Management International (PMI), Association of International Business (AIB), and Strategic partner of Blue Ocean Strategy Regional Centre (Malaysia). Dr. Kabaly P Subramanian has been in Academia for the past 24+ years. He believes in and practices a balanced approach to academia: Research, Teaching and Learning, Industry, and Community Services. Dr. Kabaly has rich experience in Quality Assurance Systems of Higher Education institutions.
