K. Santhanalakshmi
Dr.
K. Santhana Lakshmi
is an accomplished academician and Associate Professor & Chairperson (MBA) at the Faculty of Management, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Kattankulathur, with over 18 years of teaching and 8 years of industry experience. She holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management and multiple postgraduate qualifications in Labour Management, Public Administration, and Business Administration. A recognized HR leader and researcher, she has guided several Ph.D. scholars and authored numerous Scopus and ABDC-indexed publications on work-life balance, leadership, digital transformation, and organizational behavior. Dr. Lakshmi has successfully secured multiple funded projects worth over ₹10 million, contributed to innovation in management education through gamification and experiential learning, and received prestigious honors including the HR Excellence Award 2025 and Outstanding Mentor Award 2024. Her research and leadership continue to drive excellence in human resource development and academic innovation.
