Jyotish Kumar Gupta
Jyotish K. Gupta
is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the School of Law, Galgotias University, Greater Noida. With an extensive academic background, he has earned a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Delhi and holds LL.M. and LL.B. degrees from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. He has also qualified the NET examination multiple times. Dr. Gupta has over 9 years of teaching experience. He is also an Editorial Board Member of ‘Jus Curiam International Publication of Advance Research’, a peer-reviewed multidisciplinary journal. His research contributions are significant, with numerous publications in Scopus-indexed, refereed, and peer-reviewed journals. His areas of expertise include cybercrime, constitutional rights, gender justice, and legal research methodologies. He has also contributed book chapters on data protection, elder abuse, and social justice. His commitment to legal scholarship extends to ongoing research projects, including a patent application and forthcoming books on critique and the economics of religion. He has also received the Teaching Excellence Award (2023-24) at Galgotias University.
