Juan Carlos De la Cruz-Maldonado
Juan Carlos De la Cruz-Maldonado
received his Ph.D. in Administrative Sciences from the University of Tamaulipas, Mexico, in 2019. Since 2010, he has worked as a software developer in both private and public organizations in Tamaulipas and Nuevo León, Mexico. In 2019, he joined the University of Tamaulipas as a Professor-Researcher. His research interests include information systems, system quality, the impact of information technology on businesses, and electronic commerce.
