Joyjyoti Das
Joyjyoti Das
obtained his Ph.D degree in Biotechnology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur- India in 2019. He then joined the University of Kalyani in a temporary position as a faculty for the M.Sc.course in Nanoscience & Nanotechnology. In 2021, he joined Adamas University as a regular faculty of the Biotechnology Department and is currently a Grade II Assistant Professor. His research domains of interest are cancer biology, autophagy, nanobiotechnology, microfludic sensors, and food packaging. Currently, he is working on the development of food adulterant sensors and smart food packaging systems. He has authored 22 research/review articles in journals of international repute and 5 SCI/Scopus- indexed book chapters.
