Joshua Fairchild
Joshua Fairchild
is an associate professor of Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Creighton University. He received his PhD from The Pennsylvania State University in 2013, and joined the Department of Psychological Science at Creighton later that year. With a team of undergraduate scholars, Dr. Fairchild's research lab investigates factors underlying creativity, teamwork, and leadership, including the interplay of technology with these topics. His research has been published in a variety of outlets, and presented at numerous academic conferences.
