Dr. Joseph Mazzola received his M.A. and Ph.D. in industrial-organizational psychology from the University of South Florida, and a B.S. in psychology at Bowling Green State University. He is currently an Associate Professor of Psychology and Director of the Industrial-Organizational Psychology Master’s Program at Meredith College. His research and teaching focuses on stress measurement and management, promoting healthy behaviors in the workplace, and qualitative/mixed methodology. He has published his research in several scholarly journals and books, including Work & Stress, Journal of Occupational Health Psychology, and Stress & Health.
