José Ramón Sarmiento Guede , PhD in Marketing from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, Master's Degree in Marketing Management from ESIC Business & Marketing School, Master's Degree in Sales Management from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, and Master's Degree in Tourism Business Management from ESERP Business School. Accredited by ANECA since June 2018 as Assistant Professor, Private University Professor, and Tenured Lecturer. I specialize in Relationship, Direct and Interactive Marketing, Digital Marketing Strategies, Digital Communication, and Social Media Marketing. As a lecturer, I teach at ESERP Business School in the modules of Marketing Management, Marketing Plan, Purchasing Function and Resource Optimization, Production Management and Control, and the Purchasing Function in the Official Master's Degree in Strategic Business Planning, Analysis, and Decision Making. I also lecture at Universidad Internacional de La Rioja (UNIR) in the Sales Management module of the Master's in Business Management. Additionally, I supervise Bachelor's and Master's theses (TFGs and TFMs). I have experience teaching in both offline and online environments using various methodologies. As a researcher, I am the author of the book Relational Marketing: An Approach to Virtual Relationships, which was selected in 2015 as one of the 50 most prestigious marketing books. I have published research articles in several Scopus-JCR journals. I am also a book coordinator and chapter author for publishers such as McGraw-Hill Interamericana de España, Tecnos (Grupo Anaya), Gedisa (Grupo Anaya), and Dikinson. I have conducted research stays at Universidade Portucalense (Porto, Portugal). As an academic coordinator, I have directed and organized the First Conference on Cultural Heritage and Digital Marketing: Present and Future at ESERP Business School. I was a member of the organizing committee of the ARQUEONET 2017 conference, the Second Meeting on Digital Marketing for the Dissemination of Historical Heritage at ESERP Business School and the National Archaeological Museum (MAN), and a member of the organizing team of the First Seminar on Virtual Reality Applied to Tourism Marketing at ESERP Business School. Now I am the responsible coordinator for Tourism Degree in Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, Spain.
