Jorge Salcedo
Jorge F. Salcedo
holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership with a specialization in Human Capital Development from Regent University, USA. He also has two master’s degrees: one in Leadership Studies from the University of Victoria, Canada, and another in Communication Sciences from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León. Jorge F. Salcedo has served as an executive coach for companies such as Saint-Gobain, HEB, ALPEK, MegaAlimentos, CEMEX, Whirlpool, ICONN, Talisis, Jaguar, Home Depot, Ternium, Denso, DIMEX Capital, Navistar, the Government of Monterrey, and the Government of San Pedro Garza García. Dr. Salcedo is currently a consultant, coach, and full-time professor in the UDEM business graduate programs and previously served as the director of the Bachelor’s programs in Strategic Human Capital Management and Business Administration at the same university. Additionally, Dr. Salcedo has held the position of Director of 41 Community Centers in the State of Nuevo León, Mexico.
