Joelle Danielle Ngo Ndjama
JD Ngo Ndjama
is a Research Consultant with a strong academic portfolio, having authored over ten research articles in reputable, peer-reviewed journals, as well as contributing to various book chapters. Her scholarly contributions extend to national and international conferences, where she has presented her research findings, and she has also disseminated her work through conference proceedings. Dr. Ngo Ndjama earned her PhD in Business Administration in 2019 from the Vaal University of Technology (VUT), following a commendable academic trajectory that includes a Master's degree in Human Resource Management, which she completed with cum laude honours and received the Vice-Chancellor's award in 2015, also at the Vaal University of Technology. She holds a B. Tech in Human Resource Management in 2011 and an Honours degree in Business Law from the University of Yaoundé 2, awarded in 2008. Throughout her educational journey, she has been recognised with various distinctions, highlighting her commitment to excellence and her ability to excel in a competitive academic environment.
