Jill Huinder
is a Program and Research Manager with expertise in international sustainable development and a track record of working across multiple sectors including the UN, NGOs, government, academia, philanthropy, and the private sector. Managing strategic initiatives in line with the UN's 2030 Agenda. With a strong academic foundation in International Affairs, Policy Making, and Environmental Management Sciences, coupled with ongoing interdisciplinary doctoral research, my approach is grounded in participatory design and theory of change, promoting sustainable growth and global equity. Navigating multilateral diplomacy, employing participatory methodologies, and advocating for evidence-based policy solutions. Diverse experience in field operations, civil society, and secretariat leadership informs my nuanced understanding of development economics, peace, conflict, and environmental preservation. I am committed to fostering self-determination and global cooperation through program and research initiatives that have a lasting, positive global impact.
