Jesus Barrena-Martinez , PhD, is Associate Professor in the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Cadiz. He is Head of Business Management Department. His PhD dissertation received a special mention from the Santander Chair of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for the best PhD in CSR in Spain in 2014. His teaching and research interests include Human Resource Management, Corporate Social Responsibility and Intellectual Capital. He is member of the European Institute of Sustainability in Management (IESG).
