Jamal Mokhtari,
Ph.D, is a Post-Doctoral Researcher in the Department of Political Sciences at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Iran. His research expertise encompasses democracy, political theory, Iranian political thought, and international relations with focus on diplomacy and the Global South. He has contributed chapters to edited volumes on 21st-century diplomacy and strategic relations in Asia and the Middle East. His scholarly work explores political philosophy, comparing Western and Islamic political thought, and analyzing Iran’s strategic partnerships in the evolving global order.
