Specialist in Management and Administration from ISLA GAIA - Polytechnic Institute of Management and Technology, with a Master's degree in Accounting and Management Control and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Administration from the Higher Institute of Accounting and Administration at the University of Aveiro. Lecturer in Management and the Postgraduate Programme in Strategic Leadership at ISCA-UA, also responsible for overseeing internships in Marketing and Sales. Member of the Organising Committee of the International Congress on Accounting and Auditing – CICA 2025 and actively involved in the preparation of several scientific publications currently under review. Professional trainer in personal and business development, with 20 years of experience in the commercial sector, having worked with renowned service sector companies in Portugal.
