Dr.
Indra Kumar Singh
serves as an Assistant Professor and Program Coordinator at the Institute of Legal Studies & Research, GLA University, Mathura, U.P. He holds a Ph.D. in Law from Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University, Lucknow, focusing on the impact of biodiversity laws in Gorakhpur. Dr. Singh is a distinguished academic with qualifications including UGC-NET, M.Phil., LL.M., and LL.B. His professional journey spans multiple institutions, including Shri Ram Swaroop Memorial University and Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, where he held roles such as Research Assistant and Assistant Proctor. Dr. Singh has contributed extensively to legal academia, supervising Ph.D. and LL.M. students, and publishing numerous research papers and book chapters on diverse legal topics like intellectual property rights, cyber law, and humanitarian law. He has presented papers at various national and international conferences and organized significant seminars and workshops. Dr. Singh has also been a guest lecturer and resource person at several universities and served as an external examiner and paper setter. His extracurricular achievements include representing Uttar Pradesh in national baseball championships and leading the Lucknow University Softball team. With a passion for continual learning and development, Dr. Singh is committed to contributing to the field of legal education and research.
