Ikram Ed-Daakouri

Ikram Ed-Daakouri , PHD student at the LAREMEF Laboratory within the National School of Business and Management in Fez, at Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University, Morocco. My research focuses on “Smart Marketing and Generative AI for Optimizing Customer Retention: Case of Morocco,” where I aim to explore the integration of advanced AI technologies to enhance customer engagement strategies. Throughout my academic journey, I've published several works on topics such as smart data analytics and generative AI, reflecting my deep interest in these emerging technologies. Currently, I serve as the Marketing and Communication Manager at a Swiss-Moroccan company, where I apply both my practical expertise and research insights to drive innovative strategies in the digital marketing domain. Driven by my passion for leveraging AI in marketing, I continue to explore new trends that shape the future of customer retention and marketing intelligence.
